Been three years, although during a lot of that no bar billiards was played, but within ten days there are two new members of the Sussex 20k Club.
First congratulations to Martin Smith who became the 34th player to join the Sussex 20k Club with a table play out during a Worthing League match on 24th March.
Second congratulations to Mike Daw who becomes the 35th Sussex player to join the club with a 20,220 break in the Sussex Doubles.
Partnering James Whittle in the Plate quarter-finals, Mike took the break in the second leg chasing just over 17k and touched up on his break shortly before the bar. Mike continued his form for the rest of the day in winning with Plate with James.
