Inter League Home and Away 2025/26 Series Three Round-Up

Brighton A missed the chance to move to the top of the Division One standings after losing at Tunbridge Wells 4-3.
The hosts got off to a great start with Pete Sainsbury and Bryan Stevens winning the first two legs. Brighton fought back strongly and put themselves ahead in the match by taking the next three legs with good performances from Rob Hall, Nigel Senior and Matthew Knight. However the momentum went back the other way with Gerry Fitzjohn winning the sixth against the break and then Martin Russell won the decider to move the Kent side into second place in the table.
Redhill A got their first win of the season by winning at home to West Sussex. The first five legs all went with the break with Michael Wilson and Dave Constable for Redhill and Barry Holt, Daniel Wheal and Martin Cole for the visitors all winning. The key leg of the match was the sixth when the hosts Gary Powell won a close leg against Chris Cox.
Unfortunately West Sussex only had sixth players available so the last leg was awarded to the hosts.

In Division Two Mid Sussex remain unbeaten at the top after a comprehensive 6-1 victory at home to Worthing B. In a low scoring match the first two legs were shared by Derek Taylor for the hosts and Paul Moyes-Robb for the visitors. Mid Sussex won all the remaining legs with Graham Sparksman, Barry West, Mick Kirwan, Ros Appleby and Paul Jobbins all successful.
Lewes moved into second place with a 5-2 home win against Brighton B. Colin Southouse, Richard Todd, Ric Bithell, Dave Knight and Jim Greensted won for Lewes with Mark Scott and Tim Scotney taking the legs for Brighton.
In the other match Littlehampton won 5-2 away at Brighton C. Alan and Jean Brackenridge were the winning for the home team with Gareth Cornford, Eric Hampton, Steve Beach, Dave Hampton and Colin Green winning for the visitors.
