Stuart Carruthers won a close fifth leg but Worthing couldn’t capitalise as West Sussex won the last two with Martin Cole and Chris Lawman sealing the victory.

Brighton A are second after a 5-2 win at home to Redhill A.
The hosts got off to a fast start with Rob Hall and Jim Millward putting them into a 2-0 lead. The last two legs were shared with Ricky Dewdney for Redhill and Matthew Knight for Brighton winning with the break.
