In Division One two matches were played during March with one scheduled Series Seven match and a brought forward Series Eight match.
In the Series Seven game on Sunday 12th March Worthing A kept their title hopes alive with a 4-3 away win Tunbridge Wells where all legs went with the break. Pete Sainsbury, Richard Corbould and Ian Wright for the home team and Joe Oakley, Mike Daw, Kevin Tunstall and Martin Smith for the visitors.
On Sunday 19th March Redhill A hosted Brighton B in a match brought forward due to unavailability next month. The Surrey team kept the league in their own hands with a 5-2 win in a match where there were lots of chances. The match was sealed in the first four legs with Geoff Jukes, Denise Wills, John Slee and Dave Jones. Stuart Carruthers and Bella Stoner added the couple of legs for the visitors both Gary Powell took the last.
All three Series Seven matches in Division Two were played on Sunday 12th March.
Worthing B suffered a 5-2 defeat at Mid Sussex in a low scoring match, Redhill B won a match to help them in their battle for second place against Littlehampton 4-3 with Joe Elleson taking the decider and a late Martin Cole break helped leaders West Sussex snatch victory from the jaws of defeat in a 4-3 win against Lewes.
