Jean Brackenridge won the All England Ladies Singles on Sunday 26th October at the Totteridge Club.
Jean scored heavily all day and despite losing to Anita Blackman in one of the matches was able to finish top of the league on points scored after ending level of matches won with Anita.
Matthew Knight was the Sussex representative in the Men’s Single which was won by Matt Jones.
