There was only a select few Sussex players left participating when the AEBBA Doubles reached the business end on Sunday 9th March at the SunCliff Hotel in Bournemouth.
Furthest progressing was Stuart Mepham who reached the semi-finals with his partner Alan Donovan of Bucks. Dave Ingram and Martin Cole teamed up to reach the quarter-finals.
The competition was won for the third time by Matt Jones and Mark Trafford.
Jean Brackenridge did take home some silverware for Sussex as she got the highest Ladies break of 5,700.
