Sussex was well represented at the World Championship in Jersey last weekend with 59 players packing their suitcases and making the trip to the Merton Hotel in St Helier. Sussex Ladies took part in the AEBBA County Championship Division Two on Sunday 23rd September. Unfortunately the Ladies didn’t hit their top form on the day and finished fifth out of the six teams. Lorriane Hall had the best individual performance in the team winning four of her five games.
Congratulations to Sussex B who won the AEBBA County Championship Division One on Sunday 16th September. The team beat a strong line-up of counties, including Sussex A, to win the title on series won after finishing level on points with Oxford.
